How to take a screenshot
On iPhones without a Home button, press the side button on the right and the volume up button on the upper left at the same time, then quickly let go.
On iPhones with a Home button, press the side button on the right and the round Home button at the bottom at the same time, then quickly let go.
On Android, press the power button and the volume down button on the right side at the same time, then quickly let go. Some models work differently.
Frequently asked questions
Q. Does it cost money?
A monthly or yearly plan is required to use the App. First-time subscribers can try the yearly plan free for 7 days. You pay on Apple's screen (Google Play's on Android), and you never enter your card number in the App.
Q. How do I cancel my plan?
On iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then "Subscriptions". On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon at the top right, then "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions". Deleting the App does not cancel your plan.
Q. It says "That's it for today".
You can use the App up to 100 times a day. You can use it again from the next day (midnight Japan time, UTC+9).
Q. It says "We couldn't find where to tap on this screen".
Please check that the image is a screenshot of your phone screen. A photo taken with the camera may not be readable. Writing what you want to do can also help.
Q. The screen changed. What do I do?
Take a screenshot of the new screen, then tap "Show the new screen's screenshot" at the bottom of the guide. The guide continues from where you were.
Q. The guide seems wrong.
The AI can make mistakes. If something seems wrong, stop without tapping and ask your family. See the Terms of Use for details.
Q. What happens to the screenshot I show?
It is sent to the AI only to work out where to tap, and it is not stored on our server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Q. I want to delete past guides.
Open your records from "History" at the top right of the first screen, then tap "Delete this record".
Q. I want to see the how-to guide again.
You can see it anytime from "How to use" at the top left of the first screen.
